Quantum Human Design Evolution Report 10-24-21

This week we’re going to talk about relationships – not just personal relationships, but also the relationships between the planets.

When I teach professional students how to read a Human Design chart, we always have to start with the parts of the chart, but if they only learn about the parts of the chart and not how the parts relate to each other, they wouldn’t be very good at the “art” of chart reading.

If we strictly look at one planet out of context of the relationships between the planetary themes, we often miss the full story of what’s up in the celestial weather.

The planets aren’t just hanging out in the sky, just doing their own thing. They are integral archetypal players that have an interdependent role in weaving together the tapestry of the story of the evolution of humanity.

The planets that often bring us the greatest challenges or catalytic events that have the purpose of maturing us and helping us grow, are Mars, Saturn, Kiron and sometimes – on a more collective level – Uranus. If you look at the placement of these planets on your personal chart, you’re going to learn a lot about the themes that highlight your growth.

The same is true in the celestial weather.

This week, Mars highlights, the Gate 50, the Gate of Nurturing. Saturn highlights the Gate 41, the Gate of Imagination and Kiron is in the Gate 21, the Gate of Self-Regulation.

This gives us a giant understanding of the current maturing themes we are grappling with. We are struggling to try to control and hold onto old values and imagining and dreaming about what’s next – or we’re having fantasies about what we think other people are doing and we want to control them as a way of protecting ourselves, our values and our value.

We are at a tension point between the old and the new and the only way through this challenge is for us to learn to let go, redefine our values and what we consider to be valuable.

We are tasked with imagining something new – something better – as the initiating call to build something that is a more aligned expression of our new values. We have to regulate ourselves, heal our self-worth issues and hold our boundaries to preserve what’s right for us, but at the same time, we have to release our need to control others.

This is also a powerful call to make sure we’re not projecting our own lack of self-worth onto others. We have to remember that we are all, to some degree, traumatized and healing. If we can remove ourselves from power struggles, let go of the things we can’t control and assume control over the things that are within our control, we can activate the potential for a true shift in the power struggles in our relationships.

In other words, if you’re fighting and struggling in your partnerships, take yourself to the mirror and be honest about what are you actually fighting over? Are you defending your value or are you overcompensating for your own inner lack of value? A hard, but vital question to explore…

Our spiritual curriculum is laid out for us in the themes highlighted by the planet Neptune and planetoid Kiron.

Neptune is still holding a retrograde station in the Gate 22, the Gate of Surrender and Kiron is highlighting the Gate 21, the Gate of Self-Regulation.

This combo of energies reminds us that we need a regular practice of “surrendering” as part of our spiritual alignment with whatever we’re manifesting. It sounds counter-intuitive and, certainly, in the shadow expression of this combo, we are bargaining around timing and details with God, pretending like we’re in control, when in fact, we can create far more than we can “figure out” with our minds when we let go and cultivate a practice that sustains a high frequency of energy.

There is a powerful relationship between Saturn and Jupiter. Saturn is a “teaching” planet that brings us challenges that help us release what no longer serves us so that we can move forward with greater focus and alignment. Saturn burns away the “dross”, so to speak, helping us turn metaphorical lead into gold.

When we master the challenge of Saturn, the themes of Jupiter reveal the path to our blessings. If we fail to master our Saturn challenge, Jupiter will block our flow of abundance in the area highlighted by its light.

Currently, Saturn is highlighting the Gate 41, the Gate of Imagination. Jupiter is highlighting the Gate 49, the Gate of the Catalyst.

Saturn is reminding us that we are on the cusp of something new. When we use our imagination and dream without doubt, we are blessed by the transformation and change – the revolution – that Jupiter promises.

If we fail to dream, then Jupiter promises to pull the rug out from under our feet to remind us that change – and expansion – are inevitable. We can either go kicking and screaming into our future or we can steer the direction we’re headed by having a good dream to pull us forward.

This is pretty much the flashpoint for the planet right now. We will evolve. Evolution is pre-programmed into the nature of the Cosmos. We are designed to move towards coherence, complexity and expansion.

We can either allow Life’s Intelligence to flow through us and point us towards our growth or we can resist and arrive on the doorstep of our blessings depleted, exhausted and blind to the blessings right in front of our faces.

Venus and Mars represent our relationship energy. Mercury shows us our communication challenges we must overcome if we’re going to create true interdependence and well-being in our partnerships.

This week Venus highlights the Gates 26, the Gate of Truth and the Gate 11, the Gate of the Conceptualist. Mars highlights the Gate 50, the Gate of Nurturing. Mercury highlights the Gate 48, the Gate of Wisdom moving to the Gate 57, the Gate of Instinct on Wednesday.

(We are still in the shadow of Mercury, meaning we’re “re-doing” what we learned from its retrograde cycle.)

Venus invites us to explore whether our relationships are in integrity and, most importantly, whether they are reflecting our value (are you seeing a theme here…?).

With a shift to the Gate 11 on Friday, we start moving out of all the lessons we’ve been mastering on the role fear plays in our lives and we’re moving into imagining and conceptualizing what’s next on the horizon for us.

Mars, again, reminds us that we can not compromise our values and simultaneously invites us to explore whether we are holding on to fixed and rigid values that are exclusive and destructive.

Mercury also reminds us to let go of fear and cultivate courage. We are sharing our fears and whispering words of encouragement to each other to help us break free from the wounds of the past that have kept us playing smaller than our right place in the Divine Plan.

Obviously, these planets are also continuing to kick our behinds if we’re settling for less than what we deserve in our relationships and from life in general.

Uranus moving into the Gate 24, the Gate of Blessings on Monday, reminds us to not settle for less than what we deserve and to find the gifts and the blessings from our experiences and to not get too lost in the question, “Why did this happen to me?” Instead, ask yourself, “Why did this happen for me”?

This isn’t about condoning any disrespectful or traumatic event. This is about releasing yourself from continuing to be a victim of the event. (In the shadow, this energy is rationalization so be careful not to rationalize settling…)

The Nodes show us the “plot outline” of the whole story.

With the South Node in the Gate 34, the Gate of Power and the North Node in the Gate 20, the Gate of Patience.

Channel 34/20, the Channel of Responsive Power (the Channel of Power and Charisma in Traditional Human Design) defines both the Throat Center and the Sacral Center. The nature of how this Channel functions will change as the chart changes in 2027. Currently, this is part of a circuit called the Unifying Circuit (Integration Circuit).

Channel 34-20

This channel defines the archetype of the Manifesting Generator. It is the only channel that connects the Sacral Center directly to the Throat Center without passing through any other Centers. It is the most powerful Channel in the Human Design chart, giving us the theme of sustainable responsive energy that is expressed in response to what’s needed.

The mastery of the theme of this channel teaches us to trust that when our response and power is required, the opportunity to take the lead will show itself. To fully activate and utilize this incredible power to “do”, we have to manage our energy so that it stays sustainable.

We must be dialed in to the needs of the world so that we can respond to the call to unify our energy with the energy of others and do the “work” to create something new, something more sustainable and better for all of us.

Both of these Gates are in the Individual Circuit (the Transformation Circuit in Quantum Human Design™), the circuitry in Human Design which is designed to initiate the world into the changes necessary to transform the world.

The Nodes are highlighting the Gates 34 and 20 until January 17, 2022 and continue to highlight Gates in the Individual Circuit until 2024.

When we live in alignment with our Authentic Self and we claim our personal place in the Cosmic Plan, we live from a place of understanding our value. That recognition of our own personal value enables us to not only claim our own value, but to see the value of others.

Understanding our value

The South Node represents what we need to master to live out the North Node theme.

The South Node reminds us that we must learn to trust in the right timing and the right circumstances – to respond – to the needs of the world as the driver for our true creative essence. We are not here to push, force, coerce or usurp power. We are designed to use our power – and who we are – the serve the greater good in a sustainable way.

When we relax and trust, we live in the flow of Divine and Right timing and we don’t burn energy pushing and resisting the Cosmic Plan.

Let’s finish this week’s conversation about relationships by exploring the relationship between the Sun and the Earth. The energies highlighted by the Earth represent what we need to have in place in order to fulfill the tasks assigned to us by the Sun. The Gates of the Sun and the Earth dance across the annual sky in matched thematic pairs that highlight core themes in the human condition.

Gate 27This week with the Earth highlighting the Gate 27, the Gate of Accountability, we are exploring our responsibilities and recognizing that sometimes we have to endure, do what seems unnatural and heavy in order to fulfill the call of Love.

This is the same energy that compels a parent to get up in the middle of the night to feed or comfort a child, even thought the parent might be exhausted and weary. Because this is a Sacral based energy, it provides us with the enduring ability to respond with Love to what’s needed.

With the Sun highlighting the Gate 28, the Gate of Challenge/Adventure, we are working through our fear that our obligations and our dreams will be “too hard” or fraught with too much struggle. The Earth reminds us that Love endures and amplifies our motivation and, as long as we are pushing forward for the right reasons, the challenge will be worth the effort.

Gate 28The shadow of all of these energies together promise to continue to highlight the collective struggle to find common ground and the clash between values rooted in the struggle to heal our personal and collective narratives around our self-worth, our values and what is truly valuable.

I want to lovingly and gently remind you to do the work of healing the karma of your self-worth and gird your loins. November and December look a little “dodgy” – especially in the relationship arena and if you fail to make the changes you need to make with deliberate intention, Uranus will force your hand next month on the New Moon and in December, before taking up a direct station again in January.

You deserve abundance, love, compassion, support, justice and everything you need to fulfill the true story of who you are. Remember that this week!

From my Heart to Yours,

Karen
