Human Design Update 06-08-2020

This week promises to continue our theme of giving voice to thoughts, ideas and the invitation to initiate change.

The Sun is highlighting the Gate 45, the Gate of Distribution and the Earth highlights the Gate 26, the Gate of Integrity.

We are focused this week on leadership and sharing. But we can’t lead or share effectively if we don’t first make sure we are in integrity with ourselves. If we are experiencing any kind of breech in personal integrity, it has the potential to impact your self-worth and your resiliency, making it hard for you to share or increase the blessings of others.

When you are strong in your self-worth, you stop looking outside of yourself for proof of your value. You don’t project, hold back or depend on others to make yourself feel worthy. When you can see your unique, vital and irreplaceable role in the cosmic plan, you not only claim and defend your value, you see the importance and the value of others.

A puzzle is only as beautiful as the sum total of the pieces. You holding your own value, allows you to take your right place in the puzzle and creates the space for others to do the same.

The most important thing you need to do to be able to assume your right place in the puzzle is to take care of your self-worth karma – any place in your self perception where you perceive yourself as “less than” or unworthy.

The Gate 26 is connect to the Will Center. The Gate 45, points towards the Will Center. This Center is a Center that is under tremendous evolutionary pressure right now.

The Will Center, which is sometimes called the “Ego”, is the Center that is associated most commonly with material resources, usually money and the personal self.

But in a world that is in the midst of a huge shift in consciousness (moving from Material Consciousness to Quantum Consciousness), the definition of resources is changing. In Quantum Consciousness, resources include not only material resources, but energy, sustainability, community, connection, information and relationships.

The irony of the Will Center is that it is the “Ego” but it is deeply embedded inside Tribal Circuity. Tribal Circuitry is the circuitry in the chart associated with themes such as caring, loving, nurturing, feeding, sharing, community, connection, intimacy, integrity and the economy, the Circuitry of “we”, not “me”.

We can’t think “we” if we don’t have a healthy “me”.

The Human Design chart gives us a code to heal our self-worth. There are five core areas that we have to heal and align in order for us to have a strong sense of value.

The five kinds of Integrity:

Physical integrity happens when we are in a state of physical well-being. Resource integrity happens when we are using our resources to stay sustainable in the world. Identity integrity is when you are living true to your authentic self. Moral integrity means that you are taking right action that is not only good for you, but also benefits the greater good. Energetic integrity means that you have the energy to follow through on your commitments and promises.

Here are some symptoms of being out of integrity:

  • Feeling tired and drained most of the time
  • Lowered immunity
  • Frequent headaches, back pain, muscle pain
  • Change in appetite, sleep habits
  • Self-doubt and sense of failure
  • Feeling helpless, trapped, defeated
  • Detachment and feeling alone in the world
  • Loss of motivation
  • Cynical and negative outlook
  • Decreased satisfaction and sense of accomplishment
  • Procrastination, resistance
  • Avoidance
  • Shutting others out
  • Using food, drugs or alcohol (or other addictions) to cope
  • Taking out frustration with others
  • Failing to show up for work (or show up late)
  • Fail to follow through on taking the steps to fulfill your dreams

This week is the perfect time to explore how to deepen and strengthen the integrity in your life.

So that you have more to give and more sustainable ways to empower others.

We are designed to all have a voice – to all have power. We are designed to share the power, to serve each other and to use the story of who we are to lift up and increase the well-being of others.

Take care of yourself this week. Restock, replenish, recharge and revitalize yourself so that you can take better care of others.
